Leadership networks

In the autumn of 2020, Pharmadanmark will offer several leadership networks where members can meet and network about leadership or desire-for-leadership.

What benefits can I expect?

As a participant in one of Pharmadanmark's leadership networks, you will gain new perspectives on your own leadership practice and thereby strengthen your leadership competencies. It will also be a golden opportunity to expand your personal leadership network in the industry.

Who are the networks aimed at?

Network for leaders with personnel management

Networks aimed at managers responsible for the day-to-day management of staff, including hiring and firing. We imagine that you are responsible for an area and have budget responsibility. We imagine you have some years of management experience.

Network for you who want to become a leader

Network that is aimed at you who want to become a leader, but have not yet been given your first leadership position with personnel management. We imagine that you have at least 2 years of work experience and have tried your hand at informal management.

What is going on and how?

A network consists of at least 12 participants. It is the participants who set the agenda and create the content.

Pharmadanmark's leadership networks are based on exchange of experience, knowledge sharing and feedback between the participants. The meetings are concerned with the participants 'specific challenges and provide an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their own and others' practice.

The first meeting in the networks is organized and facilitated by Pharmadanmark, after which the networks are run by the members themselves with Pharmadanmark's career counselors as sparring partners.

Where and when does it take place?

The first network meetings will be held in Pharmadanmark in Hellerup. Subsequently, the networks are of course welcome to use Pharmadanmark's premises, but we encourage participants to take turns hosting the meetings.

Kick-off meetings will be held in October-November 2020.

Here, among other things, meeting frequency and role distribution for the subsequent network meetings are agreed.


Registration deadline is the September 1, 2020.

There must be at least 12 participants for a network to be established. We cannot guarantee that you will join a network but we will let you know by September 15, 2020.

Events and meetings about leadership

Year-round Pharmadanmark offers both virtual and physical meetings with knowledge and debate about leadership and management, for members who are managers and other members with an interest in leadership. The events are announced in the event calendar.
