Leadership Networks

Pharmadanmark creates networks for anyone who is, or would like to be a leader.
Pharmadanmark offers both leadership events in our open leadership networks and actual leadership network groups, where members can meet confidentially and exchange their experiences as leaders.

The open leadership network

The events related to the open leadership network are planned and managed by a steering committee consisting of active members. The network’s events are advertised in the events calendar and are open to any members who are interested in the topic of the event. 

The closed leadership network

In February 2018 we established five leadership networks. At the moment it is not possible to become a member of any of the leadership network groups, but in autumn 2018 there is the possibility of establishing some new leadership networks. 
Pharmadanmark’s leadership networks are self-facilitating, apart for a kick-off meeting, which is facilitated by Pharmadanmark.

Current networking groups

  • Network for budding leaders. The network caters for members who want to be leaders, but have not yet been entrusted with their first leadership position with responsibility for staff. The members of the network have at least 3 years’ professional experience and have tried their hand at informal management. 
  • Network for project managers and other professional leaders. The leaders in this network are project managers, line managers, team leaders or QPs, or they have professional responsibility for an area as a specialist, consultant or manager without having responsibility for staff.
  • Network for staff managers (I). The leaders in this network have at least 3 years of staff management experience with responsibility for the day-to-day management of staff, including recruitment and dismissals. They are professionally responsible for an area and have budgetary responsibility. 
  • Network for staff managers (II). The leaders in this group have fewer than 5 years of management experience. They have responsibility for the day-to-day management of staff, including recruitment and dismissals. They are professionally responsible for an area and have budgetary responsibility.
  • Network for staff managers (III). The leaders in this group have many years of management experience. They have responsibility for the day-to-day management of large groups of staff, including recruitment and dismissals. They are professionally responsible for an area and have budgetary responsibility. In many cases they are also in charge of other leaders.
