If you are employed by the state, a region or a municipality, you are a public sector employee and covered by a collective agreement.
Pharmadanmark’s legal department is on hand to advise you on your employment contract. We work with other graduate trade unions to create the best possible terms for public sector graduates. We have in-depth knowledge of public sector employment contracts which is why we are able to advise and negotiate on behalf of our members to achieve the best possible results. Advice is available on:
- your contract
- salary negotiation
- working hours
If you have questions that do not relate to your employment, such as questions about unemployment funds, pension, insurance or working environment, Pharmadanmark works with expert partners in these fields who are on hand to help. If you should need them, the legal department will quickly put you in touch with the right partner.
All public sector employees are covered by a collective agreement that has been entered into between Pharmadanmark and other graduate organisations and the public sector employer organisation.

Trade union representatives
A trade union representative can be found in many public sector workplaces. The trade union representative is the person you should approach if you are a new employee, have questions about your salary and rules and procedures in your workplace.
