What is a mentor and a mentee?

A mentoring journey is built on two people:

• The mentor is the experienced professional offering sparring, asking questions, and guiding the mentee toward their goals.
• The mentee is the one seeking advice, hoping to grow both personally and professionally.

The foundation of the match is shared experience in the life science industry and a mutual desire to learn and listen. While mentees gain clarity and direction, mentors benefit too – from fresh insights and the opportunity to hone their coaching and communication skills.

How we support you

Our mentoring program typically runs for around 10 months, giving time to build trust and work in depth with your goals. We match mentors and mentees based on expertise, expectations, and preferences. You'll be introduced to the framework and receive support throughout, so you get the most out of the experience.
