Our new Parental Leave Calculator is designed to make it easier for our members to plan and understand the entire parental leave process – whether you're a solo parent, part of a multi-parent family, expecting multiples, or in a more traditional family structure.
By entering just a few details – such as due date, how you wish to divide the leave, and your type of employment – you’ll get a visual overview of your entire leave period. The tool considers both the general rules in the Danish Parental Leave Act and any additional terms that may apply under collective agreements or local workplace policies.
