If you're working abroad, you pay a lower membership fee because legal assistance for foreign contracts is not included. However, you're still covered by our Group Life Insurance and collective unemployment scheme, PDA.

Tax deductions for members of Pharmadanmark
As a member of Pharmadanmark, you automatically receive a tax deduction for your membership fee, as well as contributions to the Sections Joint Fund and Negotiation Fund.
This deduction is reported directly to the Danish Tax Authority and appears in your annual tax return.
Please note: Payments to Group Life Insurance and the Education Fund under Pharmadanmark – Hospital are not tax-deductible.
If you are a retired member receiving early retirement benefits or civil servant pension, contact us at pd@pharmadanmark.dk by 20th of March to ensure proper reporting to SKAT.
Billing and changes
- Your membership fee is invoiced quarterly (every third month).
- The rate is based on your status as of the first day of each month.
- All active members with employment pay the standard rate.

Are you currently studying? Then your membership is completely free.
- You pay 0 DKK in membership fee throughout your entire study period.

Graduate discount
Have you recently finished your studies?
For the first 6 months after graduation, you receive a 50 % discount on your membership fee. A great way to stay supported as you transition into the job market.
