Who can Apply for the Grant?

You’re eligible to apply if you:

• Are a member of Pharmadanmark – Regions and Municipalities
• Hold a master’s degree

What does the Grant Cover?

You can apply for a grant to support:

1. Individual participation in conferences and study trips (active participation required)
2. Group study trips for members
3. Course organization for members
4. Member awards (must be applied for by the local board)
5. Local board meetings (must be applied for by the local board)

Individual Grant Coverage

If you apply for individual support, the grant may cover:

• Registration fees
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation costs

Note: The grant does not cover per diems or catering beyond what is included in the registration fee.

Grant Amount

• Up to DKK 10,000 per application
• Typical grant size: approx. DKK 5,000
• Costs are reimbursed upon submission of original receipts

Keep in mind: The grant will rarely cover your full expenses.

Important Requirements

• You must actively participate (e.g., give a talk or present a poster)
• You must list any other sources you’ve applied for grants from
• Support received from other sources will be deducted
• There’s no waiting period – but past recipients may be given lower priority

 Always apply to multiple funding sources to increase your chances.

Application Deadlines

You can apply twice a year:

• 1 March
• 1 September
