If you work at a pharmacy, you're covered by the collective agreement between Pharmadanmark and the Association of Danish Pharmacies. This agreement provides security in your working conditions—and also gives you the opportunity to negotiate personal salary supplements.
The agreement sets your base pay level and seniority supplements. But qualification and function-based supplements are negotiated individually. That means your skills, tasks, and performance can influence your total salary.

If you’re a prescribing pharmacist working in a pharmacy, special rules apply to your affiliation with pharmaceutical companies. To take pharmacy shifts while employed by a pharma company, you need approval from the Danish Medicines Agency. Learn more about affiliation rules
