The Board of Representatives

Pharmadanmark's highest authority is the Board of Representatives. This means that the union's political leadership is elected by the members, and that the important decisions about, for example, membership strategy and political line are approved by representatives of the members.

The Board of Representatives consists of the members of the main board and a number of representatives from the sections. The number of sections in the Board of Representatives currently amounts to 65 people.

The chairman [Link] is elected at the union's board meeting for two years at a time.

The Board of Representatives Meeting (RP) [Link] is Pharmadanmark's most important political event and is held every year in October or November.

All Pharmadanmark members as well as others invited by the main board have access to the annual RP. All members have the right to speak, but only members of the Board of Representatives have the right to vote.
