Liability insurance for employed QPs

When you are employed as a Qualified Person (QP), you carry a significant level of responsibility. We therefore recommend that you protect yourself with liability insurance covering the release of products for clinical use or sale.

Employed QPs carry a special responsibility – which is why we recommend securing yourself with liability insurance.

The insurance protects you in connection with the release of products for clinical use or sale.

You have two options regarding liability insurance – an addendum to your employment contract or liability insurance through the insurance company HDI.

1. Addendum to your contract

Use Pharmadanmark’s contract addendum to ensure that your employer covers you through their insurance policies.

2. Personal liability insurance through HDI

Pharmadanmark has established a collective insurance scheme for QPs in collaboration with the insurance company HDI.
