At Pharmadanmark, you can join our mentoring programme – a professional networking programme where you either receive guidance as a mentee or support others as a mentor.
A mentoring programme gives you the opportunity to reflect on your working life with a professional peer. You gain new insights, inspiration, and support to define your direction.
The programme is confidential, professionally grounded, and structured to allow both dialogue and in-depth reflection.
What is a mentor and a mentee?
A mentoring programme consists of two participants.
The mentor is an experienced sparring partner who shares knowledge, asks questions, and helps the mentee clarify goals and direction.
The mentee is the person seeking guidance and support to develop both professionally and personally.
The starting point is a shared understanding of the Life Science industry and a mutual willingness to learn and listen.
Mentors benefit by being challenged by the mentee’s perspectives and by strengthening their advisory and communication skills.
Mentees gain support to define their direction, understand their strengths, and act on their ambitions.
The programme creates value for both – regardless of where you are in your career.
How we help you get started
A mentoring programme typically runs for approximately 10 months. This allows time to build a strong relationship and gives the mentee the opportunity to work in depth with their reflections.
We match mentors and mentees based on professional background, preferences, and expectations. You are introduced to the framework and supported throughout the process to ensure you get the most out of the programme.
Whether you need a confidential space to discuss your career or want to share your experience with others, you can join the mentoring programme.
