Our leadership networks are designed for professionals working with leadership or aiming to take on a leadership role in the Life Science industry.

Who is the network for?
We offer different leadership networks depending on your experience and role:
Network for people managers: For those with responsibility for employees, budgets, and daily management. Typically, you have several years of leadership experience.
Network for aspiring leaders: For those aiming for a leadership role and with experience in informal leadership, combined with at least two years of professional experience.
How does it work?
Each network consists of at least 12 participants who define the agenda and content themselves.
Meetings are based on your real-life challenges and create space for knowledge sharing and reflection.
The first meeting is facilitated by Pharmadanmark. After that, participants organise and facilitate the network themselves, with support from career advisors.
Where do you meet?
The first meeting takes place at Pharmadanmark’s offices in Frederiksberg.
Afterwards, you can continue meeting there or take turns hosting meetings at different locations.
