Restructuring at Takeda Pharma
This week, Takeda Pharma carried out a restructuring process affecting a number of employees. Pharmadanmark has been closely involved throughout the process and, together with the employee representative and company management, has worked to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the employees affected by the restructuring.
Takeda Pharma has recently implemented a restructuring process that unfortunately affects a number of employees, including several Pharmadanmark members.
It is always a difficult and sad situation when a company has to part ways with talented employees and when members lose their jobs. Naturally, this is no exception.
Pharmadanmark has a long-standing and close relationship with Takeda Pharma, and in this situation our legal team has also worked closely with the company’s management to negotiate the framework for the restructuring.
Pharmadanmark secures strong agreement
Together with the employee representative, we have negotiated an agreement for the employees who unfortunately will be losing their jobs. It is a strong agreement that will hopefully make a meaningful difference and help those affected move forward successfully.

Fortunately, there is a possibility that several positions may be restructured, which could help keep the number of redundancies to a minimum.
