Sections
As a member of Pharmadanmark, you are affiliated with a section. Your workplace typically determines which section you belong to.
All members of Pharmadanmark are affiliated with a section. We have five sections: Private sector, Pharmacy, Regions and municipalities, Government, and Students.
Your section organises events tailored to you and other members within the same professional area. It also acts as a link between you and the Executive Board.
The sections provide ongoing input to the work of the Executive Board – particularly in connection with the annual general meeting.
The annual meeting is held each year before the end of April. At this meeting, the section’s board is elected, as well as the section’s representatives to the Representative Council.
The annual meeting is your opportunity to engage in dialogue with the board about activities within the section. It also often combines organisational matters with professional input, such as talks and presentations on topics like career development and personal growth.
Private sector
For professionals working in the private Life Science industry.
Pharmacy
For pharmacists working in community pharmacies. You are automatically included when employed at a pharmacy.
Regions and municipalities
For professionals working in hospital departments, hospital pharmacies, or municipal healthcare services.
Government
For professionals employed in public authorities or at universities.
Students
For members who are currently studying.
