Regions and municipalities

As a member of Pharmadanmark, you are affiliated with a section. If you work in a hospital department, hospital pharmacy, or in municipal elderly care, you are automatically part of the Regions and Municipalities Section.

You can also choose to join the section if your professional interests fall within its scope, even if you are not employed in a region or municipality.

What does the section do?

The section’s board works to ensure that the section serves as a strong social and professional network for its members. The section typically organises two professional events each year.

The section’s Education Committee (SHAU) also works to ensure access to continuing professional development and further education in collaboration with employers, universities, and scientific societies.
