The ordinary board seats and alternate positions up for election this year are distributed across the sections as follows:
Pharmacy – 1 ordinary seat, 1st and 2nd alternate
Regions and Municipalities – 1 ordinary seat, 1st and 2nd alternate
State Sector – 1 ordinary seat, 2nd alternate
Students – 1 ordinary seat, 1st and 2nd alternate
Private Sector – 4 ordinary seats
If you wish to stand as a candidate for one of the positions, you must declare your candidacy and submit a nomination form signed by 6 members from your section. The form must be sent to Pharmadanmark’s secretariat at pd@pharmadanmark.dk no later than 15 September 2025.
The election process must be completed by 15 October 2025.

Election 2025
An election for the position of Chair will take place at this year’s Representative Assembly.
Only ordinary members of Pharmadanmark’s Executive Board are eligible to run for President.
Pharmadanmark’s current Chair, Stine Hasling Mogensen, has announced that she is making herself available for re-election.
If you wish to run for Chair, you must first run for—and be elected as—an ordinary member of the Executive Board. This requirement does not apply to the current sitting Chair.
Once elected to the board, you must then formally declare your candidacy for the presidential position.
If more than one candidate declares, the election will be decided by a member ballot following the Representative Assembly.
The Executive Board will appoint two Vice Chairs at its final board meeting of the year.
This means that the new board will be fully constituted by the end of November.
