Private Sector Professionals – Your Network in Pharmadanmark

The Private Sector section is the largest and fastest-growing area within Pharmadanmark, representing members working in private companies across the life science industry. Today, around 60% of our professionally active members belong to this section—a number that continues to grow in line with the industry's development.

Each year before the end of April, the Private Sector section hosts its annual general meeting. This event blends professional inspiration with organizational work—featuring talks on topics like career development and personal growth. It’s your opportunity to connect directly with the section board, share input, and influence the direction of activities for professionals in the private sector.

Meet the private sector board

The board for the Private Sector section consists of 10–13 active members dedicated to organizing relevant and engaging events for you as a member. They also act as a key advisory group for Pharmadanmark’s national board on matters related to the private job market.

Board meetings take place every one to two months. As a member, you’re always welcome to join a meeting and are encouraged to get involved. New board members are regularly welcomed.

Creating an event

If you wish to create an event, you must send an email to pd@pharmadanmark.dk. The email should include the following information:

  • Title

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

  • Number of seats

  • Price

  • Description (Minimum of five lines; our experience shows that a well-written description often increases registration numbers)

  • Organizer

  • Region (Zealand, Funen, or Jutland)

  • Registration deadline

If you would like an image to be associated with the event, please include it in the email as well.
