Pharmadanmark offers several leadership networks where members can meet in a confidential space to engage in professional networking around leadership and leadership aspirations. Whether you're already a leader or interested in stepping into a leadership role, these networks are designed to support your development, share experiences, and strengthen your leadership skills.

What can I expect to gain?

As a participant in one of Pharmadanmark’s leadership networks, you’ll gain new perspectives on your own leadership practice—helping you strengthen your leadership skills. You’ll also have a unique opportunity to expand your personal leadership network within the life science industry.

Who are the networks for?

Network for people managers
This network is for leaders with responsibility for day-to-day personnel management, including hiring and dismissals. You likely manage a specific area and have budget responsibilities, with a few years of leadership experience. Based on signups, we will assess whether to establish one or more networks for people managers.

Network for aspiring leaders
This network is for those who aspire to become leaders but haven’t yet held a formal management role. We expect you have at least two years of work experience and some exposure to informal leadership responsibilities.

What happens in the network—and how?

Each network consists of at least 12 participants. The members set the agenda and create the content. Pharmadanmark’s leadership networks are built on experience sharing, knowledge exchange, and peer sparring.

Meetings focus on the participants’ real-world challenges and provide space to reflect on both your own and others’ leadership practices.

The first meeting is organized and facilitated by Pharmadanmark. After that, the networks are run by the members themselves, with support from Pharmadanmark’s career advisors as sparring partners.Where and When Does It Take Place?

Where and when does it take place?

The first network meeting will be held in Pharmadanmark’s new facilities at Codanhus (Frederiksberg). Afterwards, networks are welcome to use Pharmadanmark’s meeting spaces, but we encourage participants to take turns hosting future meetings.
