While most private sector employees in Life Science work under individual contracts, a few companies have a collective agreement with Pharmadanmark.

Liability Insurance for Qualified Persons (QP)

As a Qualified Person, you hold a unique professional responsibility. We recommend safeguarding yourself with liability insurance that protects you when releasing products for sale or clinical use.

You have two options:

1. Addendum to Your Employment Contract

• Use Pharmadanmark’s standard appendix to ensure your employer covers you through their corporate insurance.

2. Individual Liability Insurance via HDI

• Pharmadanmark has arranged a collective insurance scheme for QPs in partnership with HDI.

How to Join the QP Insurance Scheme

1. Fill out the application form
2. Send it to info.dk@HDI.global and cc pd@pharmadanmark.dk
3. You’ll receive an offer by email
