We’ve accelerated the application process, so the U2F committee can quickly and efficiently approve funding requests for the FIP 2025 participation fee. This ensures that our pharmacy-employed members can benefit from this year’s unique opportunity to attend FIP in Copenhagen.
As a pharmacist working in a pharmacy, you are already a member of FIP and should have received your personal registration link directly from FIP. If you’re missing your registration link or membership number, please contact FIP directly by email at:
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at FIP Copenhagen 2025.

Required attachments
To have your application considered, you must submit all required documents listed in the form and below:
-
Attachment 2: Budget (including VAT)
-
Attachment 3: Only required for course applications. This must list the professional pharmacy courses or continuing education you’ve attended in the past 24 months that were paid by your pharmacy employer. Include course provider, course title, and date/duration.
-
This is required because you must use your contractual right to employer-funded training before being eligible for U2F support.
-
This right is described in the collective agreement, §16, subsection 2 (see below).
-
-
Attachment 4: If applying as a group, include the names and CPR numbers of all group members.
-
Note: Congress and course grants (e.g. MDM) must be applied for individually – group applications are not accepted.
-
Collective Agreement – §16 Continuing Education
-
Subsection 1: Every pharmacist is obligated to maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through continuing education. The pharmacist and employer must jointly create a development plan for professional and personal competencies. The plan must be updated annually.
-
Subsection 2: Every pharmacist is entitled to participate in at least one professional course per year at the pharmacy’s expense. This can be replaced with other forms of professional training by mutual agreement. If a registered course is cancelled and no alternative is taken that year, the pharmacist is entitled to two courses the following year.
Important:
If you receive financial support for the same activity from another source, this must be reported to the secretariat. Any duplicate funding will be deducted from your U2F grant.
